New classes at AAMMA!
Starting in January there will be new aerobic classes at Adrenaline. We will be featuring Zumba fitness and a kickboxing boot camp class. See Chad for more details or go HERE to sign up and be contacted to enroll in these new classes!
AAMMA/KCBJJ fighters Henery Chionuma, Ryan Cordova and Brian Wilkerson did a great job on Nov. 1st. The team went 2-1 with Ryan taking a hard fought loss. Congrats to the guys and we look forward to the next competition!
